This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how reservations, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and alternative arrangements are handled in connection with private appointments, advance payments, deposits, tributes, consultation fees, and other booking-related payments made to Mistress Anu.
This page exists to create clarity before any booking is requested or confirmed. Time, discretion, planning, and preparation are treated seriously. For that reason, all reservations and payments are governed by firm standards.
By submitting a booking request, making a payment, or proceeding with a confirmed reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
General Policy Standard
All bookings are handled on a selective, private, and time-sensitive basis. Once time has been reviewed, held, reserved, or administratively prepared for you, that time is no longer treated as casually available.
Payments made toward a booking are intended to reflect seriousness, commitment, administrative effort, schedule protection, and the value of reserved time.
For that reason, this policy is firm by design.
As a general rule:
if you cancel, no refund will be issued
if Mistress Anu cancels, a refund may be issued
if Mistress Anu cancels, she may also choose to offer a rescheduled appointment, a remote alternative, or another approved private arrangement instead of an immediate refund, where appropriate
All decisions remain subject to discretion, private circumstances, and booking-specific details.
Client Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a confirmed booking, payment is non-refundable.
This applies whether the cancellation happens:
well in advance
on short notice
on the same day
after extensive planning
after confirmation has already been given
because of a change of mind
because of nerves, hesitation, indecision, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or personal inconvenience
Once a booking has been accepted and time has been allocated, that time is considered reserved. Your cancellation does not restore the value of that lost time or the administrative effort already invested.
For that reason, no refund will be given if you cancel.
This rule applies unless Mistress Anu explicitly states otherwise in writing.
No Refund for Change of Mind
A booking should only be made when you are fully prepared, certain, and capable of following through responsibly.
No refund will be given because of:
second thoughts
hesitation
emotional uncertainty
personal discomfort after booking
poor planning
schedule confusion on your side
transport difficulty
delayed travel
work-related conflicts
relationship issues
financial reconsideration
failure to read the website properly
misunderstanding of policies that were already stated
It is your responsibility to book only when you are ready.
No Refund for Failure to Attend
If you fail to appear for a confirmed appointment, arrive so late that the booking can no longer reasonably proceed, or become unreachable after confirmation, the booking will be treated as a client-side cancellation or no-show.
In such cases:
no refund will be issued
no replacement appointment is guaranteed
no credit is automatically created
future bookings may be refused
Failure to attend wastes reserved time, disrupts schedule control, and shows poor regard for private professional standards.
No Refund for Refusal Caused by Your Conduct
A booking may also be cancelled or refused without refund if your own conduct makes continuation inappropriate.
This may include, without limitation:
disrespectful behavior
dishonesty
intoxication
abusive language
manipulative behavior
attempts to pressure boundaries
major inconsistency in communication
failure to follow instructions
safety concerns
screening-related issues
presenting false information
conduct that undermines discretion or professionalism
If the booking cannot proceed because of your own actions, behavior, omissions, or misrepresentations, no refund will be given.
If Mistress Anu Cancels
If Mistress Anu needs to cancel a confirmed appointment for her own reasons, a refund may be issued.
This may happen in situations such as:
illness
emergency
unavoidable schedule conflict
private or security concerns
travel disruption
personal discretion
safety-related reasons
unexpected circumstances beyond reasonable control
Where Mistress Anu cancels, she may choose one of the following, depending on the circumstances:
issue a full refund of the booking payment
reschedule the appointment to another suitable date
offer a remote private appointment instead
offer another approved digital alternative in place of the original booking
issue a credit toward a future approved booking
The most suitable option will be determined privately and at her discretion.
Refunds When Mistress Anu Cancels
Where a refund is approved because Mistress Anu cancelled the booking, reasonable efforts will be made to process the refund within an appropriate timeframe using the same payment method where possible, or another suitable method if necessary.
Please note:
refund timing may depend on the payment platform used
bank or processor delays are outside direct control
administrative verification may be required before release
a refund will only apply to the amount actually received
Any third-party transaction fees, platform deductions, currency conversion losses, or payment processor charges may be excluded where those amounts are not recoverable.
Alternative to Refund if Mistress Anu Cancels
If Mistress Anu cancels, she may, at her sole discretion, offer an alternative instead of an immediate refund.
Such alternatives may include:
a rescheduled private appointment
a remote private session
a credit toward a future booking
another approved private digital alternative suited to the original arrangement
These alternatives may be offered where appropriate for convenience, privacy, scheduling efficiency, or continuity.
Acceptance of an alternative arrangement in place of a refund will be treated as settlement of the original booking obligation.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is not automatic and is never guaranteed.
If you request to reschedule, the request may be treated as a cancellation unless Mistress Anu expressly agrees otherwise.
Because reserved time is valuable, repeated date changes, indecision, instability, or short-notice adjustments may be refused.
If rescheduling is approved, it may be subject to conditions such as:
availability
sufficient notice
continued suitability
seriousness of communication
payment status
administrative convenience
respect for prior instructions
Approval of one reschedule does not guarantee future flexibility.
Deposits, Advance Payments, and Reservation Amounts
Any deposit, tribute, booking payment, consultation fee, administrative amount, or reservation payment made in connection with a booking is treated as serious and binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
Such payments may be used to cover:
reserved time
administrative review
pre-booking communication
scheduling protection
preparation
opportunity cost created by holding space in the schedule
For that reason, such payments are generally non-refundable if the client cancels.
You should assume that any advance payment is final unless Mistress Anu explicitly confirms different terms in writing.
Remote Alternatives
In some situations, particularly if an in-person booking cannot proceed for reasons determined by Mistress Anu, a remote alternative may be offered instead.
This may include:
a private remote appointment
a private consultation format
a digital alternative approved by Mistress Anu
another substitute arrangement considered suitable under the circumstances
Any such alternative remains entirely discretionary. It is not automatically available in every case.
Where a remote or digital alternative is accepted by you in place of the original appointment, that acceptance may replace any refund claim connected to the original booking.
No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes in Bad Faith
By booking, you agree not to misuse payment systems through dishonest reversals, bad-faith disputes, or false claims after payment has been made.
Improper chargebacks or deceptive payment disputes may be treated as serious misconduct.
This may result in:
permanent refusal of future bookings
record retention for evidentiary purposes
reporting to payment processors
legal or administrative follow-up where appropriate
If there is a genuine payment issue, it should be addressed respectfully through direct communication first.
Booking Responsibility
Before sending payment, you are expected to ensure that you:
have read this policy fully
understand that client cancellations are non-refundable
are certain about your schedule
are able to travel or attend as required
are comfortable proceeding
understand that time is reserved privately and selectively
understand that discretion and administrative effort have value
Payment should never be made casually or impulsively.
Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Control
Neither party shall be held strictly responsible for delay, interruption, or cancellation caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:
illness
accidents
travel disruption
natural events
internet outages
government restrictions
transport failure
safety concerns
emergency situations
platform or payment system failure
Where such circumstances arise, Mistress Anu reserves the right to decide whether to:
reschedule
refund
issue credit
offer a remote alternative
cancel without proceeding further
Any decision will be made in light of fairness, practicality, discretion, and the specific situation.
Policy Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate this policy, pressure for exceptions, create drama around stated rules, or use emotional leverage to force a refund may be treated as inappropriate conduct.
This includes:
repeated arguments after refusal
false urgency
dishonest claims
threats
guilt-based pressure
public complaints made in bad faith
chargeback threats used as leverage
Such behavior may lead to immediate termination of communication and refusal of any future consideration.
Final Interpretation of This Policy
This policy is intended to protect time, privacy, preparation, discretion, and professional order.

If you cancel, no refund will be issued
If Mistress Anu cancels, a refund may be issued
